JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Technical Publications Manager for our client in Atlanta, GA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $35.29/Hour Location: Remote The Technical Publications Manager role conducts research for parts specs, replacement parts (evaluate form, fit, and function), and customer inquiries. Parts Manual creation utilizing equipment expertise and serviceability knowledge Update the part manuals/website weekly with new parts. Identify appropriate equipment and sections to position the data for best use by our customers Update website Marquee twice a month with refreshed illustrations, news updates, and artwork Part obsolescence replacement analysis and collaboration with suppliers and NAOU engineering Execute Drop Ship parts image process with suppliers Validate and update Technical Publications Standard Operating Procedures Enhance equipment service part illustrations Provide form, fit, function analysis on replacement parts Create communication messages for customers to send out to the client Parts website users. Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management such as analysis on parts data or team performance metrics. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience Years of Experience: 3-5 years technical service/parts experience with beverage equipment: fountain, vending and coolers Supply chain knowledge of parts and/or equipment Willingness to learn new processes and tools Critical thinking, written and oral communication skills General knowledge of field service Adobe Tools/Illustrator/Campaign MS Office Suite Computer-aided design (CAD) software experience preferred (e.g. Creo) | |
