JobsRus.com formerly Cor-Tech is a rapidly growing staffing and recruiting company looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent, building relationships with potential candidates, and promoting our company as the "best place to work". This is an on-site position with a pay rate based on experience

Hours: Depends on the needs of the site and your flexibility. 7-3:30/ 8-4:30/ 9-5:30
Pay: $17-$21/ hour based on experience plus commission!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Create and update job descriptions and job specifications
Post job openings to various job boards, newspapers, and colleges
Source and recruit candidates using various methods such as social media and databases
Screen candidate resumes and applications
Conduct interviews using different recruiting and selection tools/methods
Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work."

Requirements:

Proven work experience in a high-paced environment (banker/teller, server/bartender, receptionist, etc.)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews or read people's behavior
Social media marketing and B2B local marketing skills
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Ability to work with a variety of software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred but not necessary- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong decision-making skills
