Weekly Pay! $/Hour Shift: Summary: The main function of the Project Manager- Supply Chain will be to help manage the Product Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process. The PM will oversee the RMA process, which involves multiple teams within the organization, and make sure that the process is running smoothly and without interruption. The ideal candidate for this position should have customer support experience and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, they should possess strong problem-solving abilities and be highly organized with the capability to multitask. Familiarity with Wireless and/or Telecommunications products such as DAS, Small Cell, and Network Switches is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to create reports using data from different sources. Responsibilities: - Central point of contact for customer escalations related to RMA Returns, Replacement, Credit management, and Quality notifications. - Research and resolve customer complaint claims related to but not limited to order entry, product quality, shipment of material, or logistics errors. Ensure all claims are loaded into ERP & CRM systems and assigned based on level of complexity. -Ensure proper and timely responses are provided to customers and internal teams based on a review of claims. Ensure customer requirements and expectations are accurately identified and follow up on the required action items & resolutions. - Participate in the review of process improvement initiatives that proactively correct and prevent issues that will result in improved customer satisfaction metrics for client. - Communicate and collaborate with the internal departments (including Sales, Product Line Management, Manufacturing, Shipping Transportation, Engineering, and Quality ) for Quality & Claims investigation and actions required to support of customers' needs. - Coordinate with internal and external customers regarding the status of the corrective action. - Ensure that SAP Return Materials Authorization (RMA) process is working smoothly and coordinate the return with the cross-region logistics departments. - Help manage the product repair priorities at our global - Provide weekly/monthly activity reports to the cross-functional teams that you're supporting. - Assist the Quality team with coordinating and processing Product Recalls from Customer locations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field is required. - 2-3 years of experience required. - Experience in customer support operations, production management, planning, and/or quality roles preferred. - Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and organize cross-functional teams required. - Strong analytical, interpretative and problem-solving capabilities required. - Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required - Must have excellent organization skills. | |
