Provides effective and timely resolution of users? problems, queries or complaints. Assists in hardware and software evaluation and recommends upgrades or improvements to IT equipment. Skills they should have Windows, PC hardware, Active Directory Bachelor?s Degree preferred but not necessary. I?m looking for someone with excellent communication skills and capable of self-managing their workload 2-5 years? experience in IT or a degree in IT. | |
