Key Responsibilities:

Settlement Superhero: Weekly settlement of all Company-owned and Independent DSD Partner (IDP) routes.
Customer Care Champion: Provide outstanding customer service by handling phone calls and emails from IDPs.
Audit Ace: Conduct thorough audits when needed to combat theft and inaccuracies.
Data Dynamo: Manage data tasks related to IDP settlements and day-to-day account management for collections and payments.
Service Savvy: Document call details efficiently using Service Now. Be ready to handle a call volume ranging from 30-50 calls a day - we're looking for someone who can keep up with the pace!

Requirements:

You're a reliable and detail-oriented team player.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable handling a moderate to high call volume.
Strong organizational skills to manage data effectively.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we value a willingness to learn!
