Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Auditing and Discrepancy Resolution:

Audit inventory on DFCS/SAP/ADMS to maintain system accuracy.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing.
Monitor system errors logs on DFCS, ADMS, and SAP and address issues promptly.
Product Management:

Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products efficiently.
Support Quality and Manufacturing teams with material being destroyed, reworked, or quarantined.
Manage orders on hold for inventory status and cancel orders as requested.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Compile, analyze, and report various key indicators for Distribution operations.
Assist in training activities for employees.
Utilize computer interfaces effectively, including Windows, DOS, and Mainframe environments.
Customer Communication:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information to customers.
Utilize a database to retrieve customer or company information.
Demonstrate patience, tact, empathy, and problem-solving skills while maintaining good voice quality.
Quality System Management:

Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
Manage customer order queues from affiliates and direct customers, ensuring timely deliveries.
Provide support to Distribution and Receiving during peak demand.
Cold Storage Work:

Able to work in cold storage/freezer environments at -20°C or colder.
Flexibility and Overtime:

Be prepared to work overtime as necessary to meet business needs.
Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze and problem-solve.
Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in quality systems and metrics.
Ability to read and understand English, perform mathematical calculations, and interpret data.
Knowledge of warehousing, shipping, transportation, logistics, and planning processes is a plus.
