Primary Responsibility:
Manage customer and rate setup and maintenance tasks in Salesforce CRM, SAP, 3PB, and related operational systems. Maintain strong relationships with Accounting, Finance, Business Development, and Operations while ensuring the accuracy and currency of customer and rate information.

Essential Functions:

Facilitate communication between Accounting, Finance, Business Development, and Operations for customer setup, changes, and rate maintenance.
Monitor service level expectations and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure accurate customer and product data in financial and operational systems.
Execute Sarbanes-Oxley compliant procedures for customer data, product data, and rates.
Conduct high-volume rate maintenance for existing customers.
Identify and suggest process improvements.
Monitor personal productivity and team service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of customer service, accounting, or financial management experience.
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Accurate typing and data entry skills.
Basic math and reading comprehension.
Preferred experience in the food, warehousing, or transportation industry.
Basic accounting skills a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, TMS, WMS, and/or AS400 a plus.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Professional written and verbal communication.
Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment.
Demonstrates high integrity and maintains confidentiality.
Builds strong working relationships with internal teams.
Physical Requirements:

Sitting for extended periods with occasional interruptions.
Manual dexterity for typical office tasks.
Clear communication and good vision and hearing.
Occasional travel by automobile or airplane.
Possible visits to facilities in cold temperatures.
Handling loads related to travel and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
Use of various electronic tools.
Interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues.
Work activities including reasoning, negotiating, instructing, persuading, and responding to feedback.
