JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Consumer Relations Associate for our client in Reading, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $18.00/Hour "Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check." Shift: 2nd Shift Daily Start Time (ex: 9:00 am) 10 AM ET or 12 Noon ET Daily End Time (ex: 5:00 pm) 8 PM ET Working Days (ex: Monday - Friday) Tuesday - Saturday Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish only. Able to handle multiple channels of communications efficiently: incoming phone calls, computer navigation and typing skills along with active listening of the caller. General Purpose Provide customer service to consumers via multiple of channels while working in a team environment to achieve organizational goals and operational objectives. Main Job Tasks, Responsibilities Provide a quality customer service experience to our consumers and customers Gain a working knowledge of Company systems and processes Problem solve in a professional and effective manner. Communicate effectively with consumers via all channels (Including but not limited to: telephone, email, letter, chat, text, social media, etc?) Answer incoming calls and incoming chats Respond to incoming emails Gather all information so issues can be addressed properly to provide first-call resolution Return calls from voicemail Meet department and personal KPIs Education and Experience High School Degree Bi-lingual helpful (Spanish/English) Above-average Microsoft Office skills Key Competencies Communication skills (verbal and written) Customer service focus Problem analysis and problem-solving Reliable and dependable Work well as part of a team | |
