JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Data Engineer for our client in! Pay rate: 70.34 ? Location: Remote EST o Travel Requirements: N/A ? Hours: Standard ? occasional meetings on PST time ? Role Overview: ? Day to Day Responsibilities: o Develop a plan to migrate on-premise transactional and warehousing solutions to a cloud native architecture. o Support the architecture of modern API?s for the secure sharing of data across internal application components as well as external technology partners. o Partner with application engineering teams to seamlessly integrate real-time data and KPI?s into the end-user journey. o Designing and implementing a reference architecture, solution and evangelize the same to the team. o Collaborating with IT teams to develop data strategies. o Researching and presenting detailed design reports and data acquisition opportunities. o Translating business requirements into databases, data warehouses, and data streams. o Creating and implementing data management processes and procedures. o Creating an end-to-end vision for data flow. o Coordinating with other teams to identify current and future needs and requirements. o Experience with an industry data modeling tool Industry Relevant Certification(s). o Contribute to high quality project documentation and other project artifacts. o Scrutinize functional requirements, specifications and source to target mapping documents ? Years? Experience Required: 3+ years developing data pipelines, API programming, ETL, etc. ? Education Requirements: HSD ? Systems/Software Proficiencies: ETL, API programming, ? Certifications: Data Modeling tool is a bonus ? Top 5 Must have Skills: o End-to-end vision for data flow. o Partner with application engineering teams to seamlessly integrate real-time data and KPI?s into the end-user journey. o Designing and implementing a reference architecture, solution and evangelize the same to the team. o Researching and presenting detailed design reports and data acquisition opportunities. o Translating business requirements into databases, data warehouses, and data streams. | |
