JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Sr. Data Analyst for our client! Pay rate: 76.00 ? Location: Remote EST o Travel Requirements: N/A ? Hours: Standard ? occasional meetings on PST hours ? Role Overview: Role supports 3 active projects and 2 pending by prepping data for modeling, modeling data, reviewing and customizing as needed. ? Day to Day Responsibilities: o Perform ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources, reflecting global real estate markets and the operations of real estate assets o Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting needs. o Experience working on LLMs (Large language models), will be able to work on creating foundation models and/or customized models. o Defines data requirements and gathers and validates information, using judgment and statistical tests. o Well versed in knowledge of creating algorithms, identifying patterns and insights from structured and unstructured data sets utilizing graphs, trees and/or other data representation techniques as required o Identifies opportunities to maximize data usage, applying modeling and optimization methods to develop new strategies and improve business performance. o Develops ad-hoc analytics and reporting based on analysis of existing data sources, utilizing a variety of tools (i.e. Google Looker, Tableau). o Exhibits analytical rigor, judgment, and ability to present a comprehensive 'data story' to multiple levels of the organization. o Google AI/ML experience is a definite plus - like Vertex AI, Document AI, Dialog Flow ? Years? Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, data modeling, reporting, relational database tools, data warehousing, database architecture, and SQL, SAS and/or SPSS including 3-5 years technical experience in software development, machine learning or statistical analysis, data engineering and data visualization related work. Google AI/ML experience is a definite plus. ? Education Requirements: HSD ? Systems/Software Proficiencies: Tableau, PowerBI, Google Looker is plus ? Certifications: Google Analytics nice to have ? Top 5 Must have Skills: o Relational Database tools o Data Modeling o Quantitative Analysis o Reporting and auditing o Customization ? Top Nice to Have Skills: o Google Looker Studio preferred. o Google AI/ML experience is a definite plus - Vertex AI, Document AI, Dialog Flow | |
