Weekly Pay! $21.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Start and End Time Flexible/part-time hours between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm ET REMOTE OPPORTUNITY The Mobility Services (MS) team is based within the Client Corporation Supply Chain Management Organization. MS manages the procurement of travel, events, and fleet for the Client enterprise. This role will have a key focus on the events and travel portions of the group and report into the MS Strategic Program Manager. The role may also support fleet procurement activities as needed. The SCM Mobility Services intern is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth, expansion, alignment, and rebuild of Client best in class programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead for face-to-face offsite event planning and execution for ~200 attendees with C-level attendance Initial market research / sourcing when new needs are identified within the events / travel space Request for Proposal (RFP) Project Support across commodities Execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements and similar required contractual documentation Communication with supplier candidates and key stakeholders Lead for documentation and timeline management throughout RFP process RFP build, launch, and reporting in Client internal tools Develop expertise with Client Procurement tools to maintain suppliers, data, and contracts Input and contribution for process alignments and workflow on cross functional collaboration for events and travel program integrations Additional scope and support as needed / assigned Candidate Profile Currently enrolled in college or newly graduated candidate Comfortable working remote and managing workload independently Interested in pursuing a career in the Events (Hospitality) and/or Travel and/or Corporate Fleet industries Comfortable with a fast paced, multi-project environment Ability to follow process steps per Client compliance requirements Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio Basic contract knowledge or exposure preferred Corporate experience preferred Proactive but knows when to ask for help Tech savvy Good communication skills Go-getter personality Eager to learn | |
