JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Learning and Development Specialist for our client in Pittsburgh, PA!

Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Learning and Development Specialist will support the team in following areas:

Assist with design, development and communication of new Learning and Development programs
Support employees with new Skillsoft access (answering questions, giving demos, etc.)
Manage some of the day-to-day operations (support for current courses, reporting etc.)
Collaborate with subject-matter experts within the organization as well as vendors to develop L&D initiatives aligned to the organization?s needs
Evaluate the impact and return on investment of L&D initiatives by tracking learning metrics, and uses data to make the case for additional investments
Create program content to achieve desired learning at the department or business unit level
Develops multiple aspects of a project plan related to a specific aspect of the project
Participate in development of project plans, including the expected outcomes, risks, contingency plans, and required resources for the project
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with both the existing Learn programs, and leading development of new programs
Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a matrixed, global organization
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications
3 or more years of design experience using programs such as Adobe, Articulate, Canva, etc.
Previous experience with a Learn Management System (LMS)
