Temporary to Permanent Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4pm On call rotation $16+/hour depending on experience Candidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and flooring; HVAC experience is helpful. The position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Must have good communication skills for timely follow-up on work orders with team members. Strong customer service skills required and experience needed to interact with residents, contractors, and fellow team members. Requirements: ? Minimum 2+ years prior maintenance skills -- drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, flooring, cleaning and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train. ? Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful.
