Weekly Pay! $60.15/Hour Job Summary: Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels Primary Responsibilities: Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations Qualifications: Technical Degree or related work experience Proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity High proficiency with SQL language and database management Proven analytical abilities Practical experience generating process documentation and reports Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience working with Business Objects. Knowledge of ITIL Foundations. GENERAL SUMMARY The Business Analyst, Legal & HR will be part of the team supports technologies for Legal and HR Operations. This includes existing technologies and potential new technologies. This role is responsible for leading the development, maintenance, governance, and evolution of the portfolio of IT solutions supporting all of Client Legal & Human Resources processes focused The successful candidate will need to work closely with users and stakeholders from multiple areas and vendor partners. As such, this person must have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a proven collaborator, passionate about solving challenging problems. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with Business partners to understand business drivers and business capabilities (future and current state) and determine corresponding IT strategies that are required to support them. Design and lead the implementation/configuration and maintenance of relevant IT capabilities and solutions portfolio based on the functional strategy, business capabilities and business requirements Understand technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models. Day-to-day hands-on analysis of issues and facilitate prioritization and requirement gathering for current and future state. Document and manage issues list, conduct testing and document new and revised policies Manage budget, Purchase orders and Invoices for new and existing vendors and ensure cost are matched against AOP. Accountabilities include Tracks & prioritizes backlog Data & systems analysis across multiple environments Manage projects, documenting and requirements from beginning to end COMPLEXITY AND SCOPE Working across multiple stakeholder groups Prioritize issues found in design and testing and document requirements Managing multiple priorities. Ability to support change management needs Assist with analysis of changes and associated outcomes Assist with end user training and communications MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in business or computer science. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 10+ years of working in IT projects as a Business Analyst in HR and Legal role. Knowledge of HR systems such as Workday and Learning platforms. Knowledge of Ariba, IManage, Legal Hold Pro, Lexis Nexis, Iron Mountain and SAP. Experience in service now, MS teams, JIRA. Business Analysis background with tech exposure Fast learner, dynamic and motivated, empathic to end user needs Strong analytical and problem-solving skills |
