Shift: 3rd Shift - 11:00PM - 7:30AM

Position Overview: As a Maintenance Technician specializing in Production and Conveyor Equipment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the uninterrupted operation of our manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our production and conveyor equipment to meet production demands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production machinery and conveyor systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery and conveyors.
Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruptions to production schedules.
Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of production and conveyor equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and spare parts inventory.
Comply with safety regulations and guidelines to create a safe working environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training or certification in maintenance or related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Strong knowledge of production machinery and conveyor systems.
Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
Bilingual - Spanish is a plus
