Weekly Pay! $18.68/Hour Shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm / Mon - Thurs This role involves producing high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing cell. Tasks include assembly, repair, and testing of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related devices. Work is closely supervised, following standardized procedures. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate documentation, effective communication with management, adhering to safety guidelines, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The position supports individual and cell performance goals, demonstrates understanding of Lean Manufacturing, and contributes to Divisional initiatives and regulatory compliance. Requirements include the ability to read and follow procedures, use electronic data systems, prioritize tasks, handle small components, and make decisions with minimal supervision. A high school degree or equivalent is required. | |
