JobSRUs is hiring for a rare and highly skilled Machine Operator 3 with our client in Fairfax, VT! What to know about this Machine Operator 3 Role: ? *1st Shift: Hours, Mon - Fri 7:am -3:30pm ? *Pay range between $26-$29 depending on experience and qualifications ? *Great team environment ? *Weekly pay ? *Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Job Duties of a Machine Operator 3 Role: *Ability to interpret product drawings and utilize machine offsets/cutter radius comp to ensure machined parts meet required tolerances. ? *Perform product inspection logs throughout shift and record daily machine output. ? *Ability to use hand metrology equipment, OD mics, calipers, height gauge, etc. ? *General understanding of G-Code and Macro programming. ? *Capability of fixture setup and proving out machined components/programs for first article inspection. *Ability to calculate surface footage, feed rate, and selection/setup of tooling required for material being machined. ? *Experience with 4th axis milling and C/Y milling operations in lathe.
