JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire two Production Support workers for our client in Simpsonville! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.60/Hour Shift: M-F 4 PM to Midnight Qualifications: Has no formal managerial responsibility, but may provide guidance to colleagues (e.g., provides coaching, assigns work, provides input into hiring decisions, and evaluating performance). HS Diploma required. 0-3 years experience. Ability to read tape measures. Ability to work with Quality Control, Shipping, and Warehouse personnel to ensure accuracy and product deliverance. Assist with needed maintenance repairs and report non-functioning equipment. Computer knowledge and 1-2 years of Windows applications experience preferred. Assist in setting up and maintaining tubing production for optimal output and quality. Communicate changes in production orders and address quality concerns to operators and attendants. Conduct quality inspections and follow standard procedures to ensure accurate formulations and labeling. Troubleshoot and address issues with winders, such as tape width, buildup, cores, and splices. Monitor racks for visual defects and ensure accurate labeling and tubing weight. Actively participate in High Performance Work Teams and take on a resource role in a specific area. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform duties as directed by management. | |
