Weekly Pay! $42.00/Hour Start Time (AM/PM): 9 am End Time (AM/PM): 5 pm This is a hands-on position that requires a minimum of 5 years of microcircuit surface mount hand soldering experience, including proficiency with BGA, flip chip, flat pack, and 0201 components. Key Responsibilities: Perform microcircuit surface mount hand soldering with expertise in BGA, flip chip, flat pack, and 0201 components. Utilize hot air guns, hot air pencils, and microscopes to ensure precision in soldering small wiring and cuts. Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and Bills of Materials to facilitate accurate assembly and soldering processes. Conduct tests of soldering skills to assess proficiency and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with the assembly team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices during the assembly and soldering processes. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in microcircuit surface mount hand soldering. Proficiency in soldering BGA, flip chip, flat pack, and 0201 components. Comfortable using hot air guns, hot air pencils, and microscopes. Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and Bill of Materials. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. | |
