Weekly Pay! $45.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm Temp to possible hire This role serves as a trusted partner for the business executives supported, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective. In this position, the Executive Assistant must interact seamlessly with high level of professionalism with members of the Senior Executive leadership team as well as with other stakeholders. They will manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation, while handling highly sensitive and confidential information. Roles & responsibilities Provide a variety of advanced executive assistant functions to relieve business leaders of complex details and advanced administrative duties Maintain a regularly changing calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and extensive travel arrangements (both domestic and international). Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs. Coordinate and schedule meetings internationally and across multiple time zones ensuring you protect the personal time of the executives you support. Coordinate work with other EA?s as needed and play a key role in the coordination of efforts within the direct teams of the executives you support Keep executives advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up so that deadlines are not missed. Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials. Schedule meetings including off-site events, team meetings, seminars, training, and event coordination as required. Willingness to travel occasionally to support off-site events. Develop correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, emails and external communications Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports for executives. Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments as needed. | |
