Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talentpipeline. Benefits: Paid Holidays, PTO after 90 days Health, Dental, Vision, 401-K Tuition Reimbursement available Flexible Schedule 7:30am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30 pm or 9am-5:30pm. Must Have: -HSD or GED (Associates or Bachelors preferred). -Be able to multi-task and be self motivated -Ability to work as a team -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Strong decision-making skill -Microsoft Office Experience (minimum 2 years -Proven work experience working in a high paced environment (banker/teller, server/bartender, receptionist?etc. welcomed). -Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews or the ability to read people?s behavior. -Social media marketing and B2B local marketing skills. -Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and -Candidate Management Systems (CMS) or ability to work with a variety of software?s such as Microsoft Office Suite. -Preferred but not necessary- Hands-on experience with recruiting software. Responsibilities -Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy. -Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. -Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives, -Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc. -Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. -Screen candidates' resume and job applications. -Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. -Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. -Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated -Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. -Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. -Promote company?s reputation as ?best place to work.?
