Pay is based off experience.

Flexible Schedule 7:30am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30 pm or 9am-5:30pm.



Must Have:
-HSD or GED (Associates or Bachelors preferred).
-Be able to multi-task and be self motivated
-Ability to work as a team
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong decision-making skill
-Microsoft Office Experience (minimum 2 years
-Proven work experience working in a high paced environment (banker/teller, server/bartender, receptionist?etc. welcomed).
-Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews or the ability to read people?s behavior.
-Social media marketing and B2B local marketing skills.
-Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and
-Candidate Management Systems (CMS) or ability to work with a
variety of software?s such as Microsoft Office Suite.
-Preferred but not necessary- Hands-on experience with
recruiting software.

Responsibilities
-Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
-Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
-Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements
and objectives,
-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social
media, etc.
-Screen candidates' resume and job applications.
-Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
-Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills,
experience, and aptitudes.
-Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
-Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to
the rest of the team.
-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
-Promote company?s reputation as ?best place to work.?
