JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Business Consultant for our client in Nashville, TN!

Pay rate: 76.00

This is a 6 month project. The business consultant will be guiding the merger of three similar businesses under a common structure and define new business processes which these entities will follow. This role will engage with business leaders and subject matter experts in the execution of these goals. Additionally, the business consultant will act as the primary point of contact for our system integrators for the implementation of a new ERP solution, Sage Intacct.

Responsibilities

Meet with and advise the leadership team throughout the consultation process.
Determine business needs and identify weaknesses.
Assess and analyze business practices and procedures.
Compile and present research findings and recommendations.
Develop detailed project plans to drive changes and improvements.
Organize and manage business projects.
Provide guidance when issues, challenges, or problematic situations arise.
Track and assess the effectiveness of processes and projects.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is strongly preferred, however, equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Prior experience in business consulting
Knowledge of diverse business areas such as IT, HR, training, accounting, business operations and marketing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Possess a passion for excellent customer service.
Outstanding organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
Strong research and data collection skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good eye for business and high integrity.
Ability to make effective presentations and project recommendations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)

Onsite until up to speed then could be a hybrid/remote transition so looks to be about 25% in office. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm central time, Hours can be discussed during in the interview.
