JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Collections Analyst for our client in Nashville, TN! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate - $24/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 8am until 4:30pm Hybrid model - 3 days at home, 2 days in office Job Description * Effectively utilizes the appropriate methods of contact for the purpose of payment error and past due account resolutions. * Accountable for reductions in assigned portfolio, conducts root cause analysis of payment issues, and provides customers with necessary research information to resolve. * Follows the appropriate method of escalation for non-responsive customers or complex accounts based on careful account and situation analysis. * Effectively utilizes technology, systems, and tools to accomplish assigned resolution tasks and goals. * Full range portfolio management required. Position Requirements: * High School Diploma * Minimum 1-year Prior Collections and Customer Service experience preferred * Basic to intermediate accounting/AR background preferred * Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience with Excel * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) * Personal accountability with elevated level of integrity * Strong attention to details; solid focus and time management / utilization skills * Effective analytical skills ? root cause analysis, research and effective problem solving * Fluid team player with ability to be successful in independent work settings, as needed The ideal candidate will need good communication and organizational skills to be successful. Being able to find the root cause of issues and offering solutions will play a big role in the day-to-day role. | |
