JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Pharmacy Tech I for our client in Monroeville, PA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.75/Hour Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p. Position Summary The primary responsibilities of a Materials Coordinator are the receipt, distribution, and maintenance of all pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products performed by entering the information in to the appropriate systems, preparing all items for distribution, placing them in the proper location on the filling floor, and cycle counting all inventoried items. Duties At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician coordinating activities in an administrative support function. National pharmacy technician certification. Eligible for state registration, certification or licensure per state regulations. Advanced computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet utilization. Excellent customer service skills (written and verbal) a must. Experience Warehouse certification if required by State Board of Pharmacy Certification for forklift operation if applicable for equipment Pharmacy Technician License and national technician certification as applicable to state licensing requirements Six months computer experience in a Windows based system. Prefer three months of work experience in a pick/pack/ship environment One year experience in purchasing, receiving, and inventory control. One year computer experience in a Windows based system. Prior experience with the use of a hydraulic forklift preferred but not a must. Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. This position is responsible for the tasks associated with the management of inventory at the assigned facility. Specific tasks would include, but are NOT limited to purchasing and receiving of inventory, tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances, and selection of product and supplies under the direction of the supervisor. Additional responsibilities could include managing return goods according to standard operating procedures while also monitoring product trends and shortages to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained | |
