Shift: M - F 7am - 3:30pm Payrate: $18/hour Benefits: 401K Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Referral Bonuses Sign on Bonuses Requirements: **DRUG TEST REQUIRED - MAY DRIVE A STAND UP FORKLIFT** High School diploma, GED or 2 years of relevant experience required. Experience with MHE. Including but not limited to Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counter Balance (slip and clamp), and Dock Stocker. Must be able to obtain Forklift Certification to meet BD guidelines. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ability to read and interpret distribution documents. Ability to work well with others. Ability to work under minimal supervision. May be required to operate MHE and use Voice/RF scanner. Material Handler II is responsible for the safe, accurate loading and unloading of product within the distribution center. The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s) in this position and are not all-inclusive. The omission of a specific duty or responsibility will not preclude it from the position. Job Duties: Pallet/Case Picking Processing customer orders including but not limited to: scanning bar codes, picking and labeling boxes. Pick, pack and process orders. Processing orders through RF technology. Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions. Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP. Complete all necessary RF device training to obtain the necessary profiles Responsible for accuracy verification and shipment packaging. Pallet Build Palletizing to include scanning, retrieving and placing completed orders on pallets. Re-palletizing products for shipment. May be responsible for dock manifest duties which includes scanning completed pallets and running the shrink wrapper. May be required to transport pallets by MHE. Inbound/Outbound/Inventory Movement Inbound/Outbound shipments are to be loaded/unloaded utilizing the WMS. Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damages. Completes all assigned duties in a timely manner in accordance with department standards and following department procedures. May be responsible for operating the parcel manifest station. May be responsible for transportation documentation Maintains an acceptable work area as outlined in SOP and work instructions.
