Remote position - local strongly preferred. This is to attend 2-3 days of in-person training in Miramar.

Overview

The Freight Transformation Analyst is responsible for maintaining data integrity and ensuring the accuracy of information within the company's supply chain management database. This includes utilizing software to extract data from images using OCR and machine learning. Ensuring that all attributes of invoice costs are accurately captured for final upload into the core database.

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the supply chain invoice attribute database
Conduct data cleansing to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
Ensure that all attributes of invoice costs are accurately captured for final upload into the core database
Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze data to identify areas of improvement in the carrier invoicing practices
Work with OCR Technologies that will improve throughput of scanned and extracted data from invoices
Maintain lookup reference tables for the various ever-changing dataset
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Minimum Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems, specifically Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Physical Demands (General Office Staff)

Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device.
Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping.
May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs.

Looking for someone who is:
detail oriented
basic comprehension
able to sit and complete monotonous tasks
experience processing invoices through online tool is a plus
1-2 years of work experience preferred
