JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Visual Designer for our client in Atlanta, GA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $46.42/Hour Position Purpose: Create compelling, on-brand and accessible digital experiences for the Florida Blue and Truli for Health brands. Translate business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are visually engaging, and aligned to the brand pattern library. Responsibilities: Collaborate during product ideation and conceptual development with a mixed-discipline team including designers, researchers, developers, and product managers. Create final, production-ready designs in Figma for development handoff that effectively communicate product function including: the translation of designs across multiple device viewports, consistent brand and pattern library usage, and functional high-fidelity prototypes. Document design specifications for developers that capture project scenarios. Successfully communicate design ideas and rationale, both verbally and visually. Skills and Qualifications: Education: BA/BS or equivalent Experience: 3+ years A solid foundation in design, layout, color theory and typography Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite A knack for staying organized, including prioritizing tasks, communicating progress and meeting deadlines across projects. Experience with SAFe Agile or another scrum/sprint workflow. Experience with designing for Accessibility/WCAG Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Native app and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Bachelor's degree in graphics design, interaction design, fine arts, or a related design discipline. | |
