JobsRUs.com is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for one of our clients located in Vacaville, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Shift Start: 4 p.m. Core Job Responsibilities: ? Aid in the setup of assigned production lines for operation in the allotted time. ? Able to set up parts of a production line with limited instruction (i.e. case erectors, liner inserters, case packers, palletizers, check weighers, etc.) ? Starts, stops, set up, and cleans machinery according to operational requirements. ? Performs daily line inspection and reports any issues found to Supervisor. ? Aids line production run ensuring that customer specifications are met, including: - Fruit/Material requirement - Coding is in the right location and in the proper format. - Pallet tag and placard information match product descriptions. - Keeps Operator informed of any issues with a production run. Requirements: ? Responsible for Food Safety and Quality. ? Promotes a food safety culture by ensuring GMP?s are adhered to and Food Safety measures are complied with on a daily basis. ? Enforces food safety and sanitation regulations, in compliance with FSMA, to ensure that product safety and quality is maintained. ? Responsible for effective food safety training including SOPs, GMP?s, HACCP, PCs, Allergen Program, Sanitation, Housekeeping, Record Keeping, and other training as needed. ? Attends Food Safety Committee meetings, to ensure expert knowledge of food safety requirements and applications, so the highest level of food safety and quality is maintained. | |
