JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Sr Financial Analyst for our client! Pay rate: 46.00 Remote/Hybrid/In-Person: Remote Location: They would need to work in CST or EST! Assignment Duration: 8 Months Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate: Covering a leave Resource's typical working day: ? They will be client facing ? Engaged in month-end close process including cost accruals for on-going and new asset contracts, repairs, labor, other costs, and fees ? Prepare and update monthly expense forecast for client as well as a year-to-date comparison of Forecast to Budget ? Perform trend analysis to identify run-rate and make calculated forecast ? Develop financial reporting for monthly client review using analytical dashboards including JD Edwards, Adaptive and Vantage Analytics ? Provide crucial variance commentary to assist Management to form prompt business decisions ? Prepare and deliver quarterly accrual to client by incorporating unbilled expenses and accruals to highlight accurate financial standpoint ? Ad-Hoc projects: Vendor pricing analysis, new site addition, account reclass and remapping, business case for labor headcount addition ? Change Request Management including addition, removal, and modification of assets; and labor changes to ensure accurate financial reporting ? Develop annual client budget by forecasting labor costs, new and existing contract renewals, repairs, fees and other directs costs ? Created Mass PO Upload template to streamline new Purchase Order upload and reduce the process time by approximately 75% ? Cash flow management to ensure timely vendor payments and reduction of corporate liability ? Designed KPI tracking dashboard to capture Client KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for North America and EMEA Years of Experience needed: 4-5 Years of Experience is Required Level of Education: Bachelor's Degree is preferred Systems/Software proficiencies: ? Required: highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel (including V-lookup, H-lookup, Pivot Tables, IF and Nested statements) Preferred: Proficient in databases: JD Edwards, Coupa, Adaptive, Power BI, Vantage Analytics Certifications/Licenses: n/a Top 5 Must have Skills: Self-starter, experience being front facing (strong customer service), detail oriented, strong finance background, and recent/relevant job experience Top 3 Nice to have Skills: Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling would be highly preferred. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business related field. Some prior related work experience preferred but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information to supervisors and finance management. Requires knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and accounting principles. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret financial information and the ability to accurately explain/report activity in verbal and written communications. Requires intermediate analytical skills. Computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong work ethic and adaptable. | |
