JobsRUs.com is seeking a talented Logistics Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients located in Oakland, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.00 per hour Shift: 7 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. but hours are subjected to change (MUST be comfortable with OT when necessary) Days: Monday - Friday Core Job Duties: ? Managing account inquiries. ? Identifying the customer's needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner. ? Properly documenting all customer interactions within the CRM system. ? Following up with clients via email or phone calls. ? Building client relationships. ? Verifying and processing payments. Requirements: ? 2+ years of either inbound or outbound customer service experience. Previous experience in a warehouse logistics setting strongly preferred. ? Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail. ? Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
