Job Description
Provides high level administrative/secretarial support to Senior Vice President, Operating Company President, or other executive determined by customers senior management and provides centralized support to their staff.

In this role, you will:

? Anticipate needs and proactively handle the executive?s calendar and schedule.
? Understand departmental priorities to effectively and proactively manage the executive?s time, workflow, and travel itineraries (as required), often on short notice, which may involve coordination and follow-up with other executives, directors, and administrative assistants.
? Provide supplemental support to executive?s direct reports and extended organization.
? Communicate information to other department staff and executives, as well as assist with event planning and execution.
? Electronically prepare and submit expense statements for and review expenses from other staff for compliance.
? Handle phone coverage, screening phone calls and appropriately directing callers.
? Tackle non-routine, complex projects, and assignments with minimal supervision.
? Be responsible for a wide range of administrative and general support duties including composing, editing, and proofing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
? Electronically scan, file, and manage records.
? Handle sensitive and confidential materials and matters, while adhering to compliance procedures and processes.
? Be expected to establish and build collaborative, friendly partnerships with colleagues, other executives at all levels, and others across various departments and levels.
? Process invoices and order supplies for the department.

We want you to have:
? An associate degree (or equivalent experience), plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in a large corporate environment.
? Strong organizational skills.
? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work independently and make decisions in management absence.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Advanced computer skills, including a thorough understanding and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word), as well as MS Teams and Sharepoint.
? Ability to support the development of presentations and materials that are high quality.
? Ability to interact with all levels within and outside of the company.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
? Willingness to work onsite as required
