??? Schedule: (12 Hour Shifts) 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Summary:
The Downstream Equipment Operator is integral to supporting our production line. This role is responsible for assisting technicians in managing the downstream flow of products, maintaining top-tier quality inspection, and optimizing the utilization of downstream equipment. An ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with downstream machinery, a commitment to safety, and an understanding of our commitment to product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the technician with line functions including grinding bottles and managing the downstream flow of bottles and raw materials.
- Operate automated palletizers, conveyor systems, automated stretch wrappers, and banders for optimal production results.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance on all downstream equipment.
- Gain and apply knowledge of various product orders, ensuring all material requirements and customer specifications are met.
- Support the Process Technician in documenting production losses.
- Understand and strive towards the specific area's reliability, quality, scrap, and safety goals.
- Complete all mandatory production, safety, and quality reports.
- Adhere strictly to all BOS and SAP standards and activities.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Uphold stringent cleanliness standards by adhering to both housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Attend mandatory training sessions and weekly team meetings.
- Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, and Group Leaders.
- Maintain the company's ISO standards for quality and processes.
- Immediately report any food safety concerns to personnel with the authority to initiate corrective actions.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of machinery and equipment operation.
- Dedication to maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Familiarity with ISO, BOS, SAP, and GMP standards is a plus.
