Exciting Opportunity in St. Albans, Vermont/Full time/$23 per hour plus uncapped commission. This is ONSITE only in ST Albans, Vermont, NOT remote. Position: Onsite Recruiter/Account Manager Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with great career opportunities? Do you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment? Ultimately, recruiters help our clients reduce the time to hire by providing high-quality candidates in a timely manner and ensuring that our employees assist in any way needed. ? Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm but can be flexible on start/end times. ? Must be willing to work on-site, this is not a remote position. ? $23 per hour plus UNCAPPED recruiting commission and direct hires commission!! Duties/Responsibilities: Recruiting (40%) ? Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards, and social media ? Screen resumes and job applications ? Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates ? Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn) ? Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires ? Prepare candidates before interviews with clients ? Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities ? Keep detailed records of past applicants? information (including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations) ? Manage a portfolio of clients and maintain good relationships with them Onboarding (40%) ? Work directly with applicants & new hires to ensure the onboarding process is completed in full ? Complete Federal I-9 forms, drug tests, background checks, etc. ? Assist candidates with direct deposit & pay card enrollment (and other onboarding items, as needed) Operations (20%) ? Work with Branch Manager & clients to coordinate hiring events as needed ? Assist current & former employees with obtaining paystubs, questions about pay & other questions relating to their employment ? Assist with payroll, benefits enrollment, etc. ? Serve as initial contact for worker's compensation claims & accident/injury reports. ? Travel to client's local office for meetings, orientation, etc. (Mileage is reimbursed by CorTech) ? Other administrative duties as assigned by the Branch Manager Requirements: ? High school diploma ? Previous experience working in an office environment ? 3+ years of previous customer service experience (or any relevant experience working with the public) ? Previous experience in a detail-oriented role ? Proficient with Google Products (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.) & Microsoft Office Products ? Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation ? Ability to work independently and in team environments ? Proficient in written & verbal communication ? Great organization skills Preferred: ? Previous recruiting, interviewing, job placement, or relevant experience ?
