JobsRUs.com is hiring a Sales Business Development Manager for our WI & IL regions. The desired candidate would be willing to travel in and around Beloit, WI, and surrounding areas. Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week Remote Hybrid Benefits include PTO, dental, vision and health, holidays off, commission, and more. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and demonstrate the ability to execute a particular strategy. Essential Job Functions: Set up meetings by generating cold calls to current and potential clients. Develop a marketing plan that supports strategic initiatives in assigned territory. Develop, maintain, and manage individual Sales Pipelines. Follow a consultative sales process to develop new business opportunities. Achieve a daily and weekly business development schedule to reach individual gross margin dollar objectives. Cross-sells services, including alternative staffing solutions, to all CorTech assigned markets. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment. Possesses strong negotiation skills. Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, candidates, internal colleagues, and management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the staffing industry. Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
