Work with all departments to meet or surpass the plants safety goals. 2. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures; follows Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Dress Code policies. 3. Coordinate daily and weekly maintenance work on Filler and Arpac machines to ensure maximum equipment uptime. 4. Perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Monitors Capri Sun Filler Carton Forming Machine (CFM); loads cartons, pouches into filler. Helps operator in clearing jams as well as breaking other utilities. 6. Monitors quality issues and performs spot checks on pouch code legibility and correctness, weights, glue temperatures, seal integrity, straws, anvil water pressure, inflation air pressure, and pouches. Notifies operator of any issues. 7. Communicates with Coordinator and Material Handler to ensure adequate quantities of correct packaging materials are on the line. 8. Maintains good housekeeping, and performs Mini cleans, CIPs and hot flushes. Other duties as assigned #### | |
