Description

Core Responsibilities

· Experience creating meaningful reports using data visualizations and dashboards.
· Familiarity with data technologies, including but not limited to data integration and/or analytics.
· Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and technologies as required.
· Experience writing reports derived from large volume of data.
· Experience working with Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, Power BI, and visual analytic applications.
· Optimize and troubleshoot reports and dashboards for performance, quality and data integrity.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile data, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external partners
· Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Own complex data projects and acts as SME on report writing and visualization.
· Process-driven and constantly looking for ways to streamline and simplify complex task.
· Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards.
· Be able to work independently and within a team.
· Create training and assist users in the generation of ADHOC reports.
· Must be able to perform duties with low supervision.
· Other tasks needed to accomplish team's objectives/goals.



Required Education/Experience
· Associate Degree and 3 years database, analytical tools, and report writing experience.


Preferred Education Experience
· Bachelor's Degree: Tableau, Power BI, and the ability to write status reports and technical documentation.



Relevant Work Experience
· Requires strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
· Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments.
· Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills.
· Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
· Must be proficient in Excel's advanced functions.
· Develops and delivers effective presentations.
· Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion.
· Effective interpersonal skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Must have prior understand of relational databases management system.
· Experience working with Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and visual analytic applications.
· Must be proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
· Proficient experience in SQL or other similar programming languages. Some development experience in at least one scripting language is a plus.
· Analytical ability required to gather data, perform transformation, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems.
· Proficiency with business intelligence techniques & tools for the acquisition and transformation of raw data into meaningful and useful information for business and analysis purposes.
· Proficiency with creating meaningful data visualization.
