Weekly Pay! $36.00/Hour Description: A Junior Learning Consultant is responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of learning strategies and education programs. Their duties may include researching and analyzing learning needs, developing and delivering educational materials, and tracking the effectiveness of learning programs. They work closely with senior learning consultants, other team members, and clients to ensure that learning goals are met. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and delivery of learning programs and strategies. Conduct research and analysis to identify learning needs and gaps. Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to gather information and coordinate learning activities. Assist in the creation of training materials, including user manuals, lecture materials, and multimedia visual aids. Support in the scheduling and coordination of training sessions. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest improvements. Maintain records of training materials, participant progress, and program effectiveness. follow the guidance of senior learning consultants and work in a collaborative and constructive team environment. Be updated with the latest instructional technologies and methodologies. Provide administrative assistance whenever necessary | |
