We are currently hiring for an Assistant Community Manager in Monticello/Liberty/Loch Sheldrake, NY Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm $18.50/hr Must have reliable transportation to travel between the three locations The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for compliance administration for housing programs, lease renewals, recertification's, interims, move-ins/move-outs, weekly vacancy reports and providing support/back-up for the Community Manager. Will work to minimize vacancies, quickly lease apartments, promote good working resident and public relations, assure program compliance and perform clerical duties as required. Requirements: ? 2+ years prior affordable housing apartment leasing experience preferred ? Strong Compliance experience with Fair Housing, Low-Income Tax Credit, including prior experience on recertification's, lease renewals, managing vacancies. ? Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); accurate data entry skills. ? Yardi Voyager software skills preferred, or other housing software programs needed. ?
