The individual will perform assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and other medical device assemblies following specified and standardized procedures. They must maintain accurate records and prioritize work based on precedence and importance. Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and electronic data collection systems is required. The role requires good communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to handle small components and make critical judgments with minimal supervision.
