Position: Onsite Recruiter/Account Manager
Location: St. Albans, Vermont (Onsite only, NOT remote)
Industry: Well-known ice-cream manufacturing plant

About Us:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at a renowned ice-cream manufacturing plant in St. Albans, Vermont. As an Onsite Recruiter/Account Manager, you'll be instrumental in reducing time to hire, ensuring high-quality candidates, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Recruiting (40%)
Publish engaging job ads on various platforms
Screen resumes and applications
Conduct client intake meetings to define qualification criteria
Source and contact passive candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn
Interview candidates and provide shortlists
Prepare candidates for client interviews
Build talent pipelines for future opportunities
Maintain detailed records of applicants

Onboarding (40%)
Guide applicants and new hires through the onboarding process
Complete Federal I-9 forms, drug tests, background checks, etc.
Assist with direct deposit, pay card enrollment, and other onboarding tasks

Operations (20%)
Coordinate hiring events with Branch Manager & clients
Assist employees with pay-related queries
Support with payroll, benefits enrollment, etc.
Be the initial contact for worker's compensation claims & accident/injury reports
Travel to client's local office for meetings, orientations, etc. (Mileage reimbursed)
Handle other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma
3+ years of previous office environment experience
3+ years of customer service experience
Detail-oriented with proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office products
Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and in team environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great organizational skills
