Weekly Pay! $40.65/Hour 8am - 5pm Perform operation, repair, and preventative maintenance on all building facilities and equipment. Execute the safe and efficient movement and installation of equipment and furniture. Diagnose and address HVAC system issues to ensure optimal performance. Proactively identify and resolve potential facility-related problems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with other team members to address facility-related issues promptly. Change lightbulbs as needed to maintain a well-lit environment. Qualifications: At least five years of experience in facility maintenance. Proven expertise in HVAC systems and equipment repair. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. | |
