Responsible for finance operations such as customer and vendor contract administration, customer and vendor pricing, rebates, billing and chargebacks; processing vendor invoices; developing and negotiating customer and group purchasing contracts. Demonstrates basic knowledge of contract and order processes and systems. Fixes basic network issues. Runs basic reports on network health. Basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a job family or skill. Work hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm [½ lunch] or 7:30am to 4:30pm [hour lunch] Onsite (extension possible but not guaranteed) Pay $26/hr Minimum qualifications: Must be local [this is an onsite position with hybrid remote occasionally] Intermediate Excels Skills 3 years relative work experience in the accounts receivable Collections Field (B2B collections) Must have analytical experience BD04123JD | |
