JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Customer Service Rep for our client in Santa Ana! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $22.24/Hour - Full time 7:30 or 8 AM start time and 1-hour lunch. Our client is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and exhibits strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will utilize various tools to track requests, address invoicing queries, process orders, and electronically distribute documents to other departments. 6-month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent employee. Top 3 Must-Haves: Data entry proficiency Basic Excel skills Experience with ERP systems Summary: The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Specialist is to engage with customers, providing information on products/services and resolving inquiries and complaints. This role may involve both inbound and outbound communication. General Summary: The role involves fostering customer relationships by leveraging knowledge of our client's products, CRM processes, and procedures. Responsibilities include order management, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely delivery. Duties & Responsibilities: Follow established procedures and contribute to process improvement. Manage order lifecycle from receipt to invoicing. Resolve customer disputes and provide necessary documentation. Develop expertise in our client's products and services. Generate and manage sales/production reports. Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries. Collaborate with Sales and Planning to manage projects and schedules. Identify opportunities for efficiency and customer satisfaction improvement. Participate in training and professional development activities. Maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred. Relevant experience in customer service or related field. Skills Required: Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities. Proficient in technical information and product specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
