We are seeking multiple Packers for a Food Manufacturing company in Hayward, CA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! Pay: $17 per hour Days: Monday - Friday with Saturdays as needed Shift(s): Morning, Swing, Graveyard (we are hiring for all 3) Job Duties: ?Efficiently pick and pack food products according to customer orders and company standards ?Ensure accurate labeling and packaging of items for shipment ?Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow in the picking and packing process ?Conduct regular quality checks to meet food safety and hygiene standards ?Operate and maintain packaging equipment with precision and attention to detail ?Assist in inventory management by accurately recording stock movements ?Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in a food manufacturing environment ?Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold hygiene standards ?Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions ?Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors Requirements: ?Familiarity with picking and packing procedures and quality control processes ?Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to food safety standards ?Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment ?Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets ?Effective communication and teamwork skills ?Flexible availability for various shifts as needed ?Candidates must provide necessary documentation to confirm eligibility to work in the U.S | |
