Description

The Facility Project Manager shall be the individual responsible for oversight of all O andM Work on behalf of the O and M Contractor.

Facility Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating a wide range of project risks. The Facility Project Manager must have proven organizational skills to be able to assess the current state of any given project, as well as map out future implications that could arise from the initial assessment.

Due to this position?s critical importance in determining a company?s success or failure, the Facility Project Manager must have excellent communication skills to be able to relay his or her findings in a clear and concise manner.


The job specification and responsibilities of the Facility Project Manager shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:

Craft, evaluate, negotiate, and execute a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.

Understanding the contract terms and conditions and Customer expectations at a detailed level and taking ownership for outcomes.
Solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties.

Manage Contract Disputes
Reviewing and proactively establishing required procedures and training personnel to consistently meet and exceed the performance expectations of the Customer in the most safe and cost-effective manner.

Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.

Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.

Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
Monitor contracts and submit relief, compensation, and or extension requests.
Working closely with the Customer to ensure alignment with contract requirements and operational policies.

Preparation and submission of all applicable Governmental Approvals required under any applicable Laws; and preparation and submission of operational reports that may be required under the terms of the Agreement.
