JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Production Specialist for our client in Roswell! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $17.50/Hour Second Shift As a Production Specialist, your main responsibility will be to perform various manufacturing tasks to produce high-quality medical diagnostic products, while ensuring a clean and safe work environment. You will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple work centers and develop new skills that can help you advance in your career. Operating under 5S & Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO standards, you can make a difference by producing innovative products that keep people and animals healthy. In this role, you can expect to read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and government regulations. You will operate a variety of machines on a rotating basis, including set-up operation, clean-up, change-over, troubleshooting, and/or minor repair for manufacturing equipment in the work center. You will also need to use basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. You will be working with a team, so strong communication skills are required, and you may have to provide production & process training to other employees. To succeed in this role, you don't necessarily need to have manufacturing or production experience, but you do need to have a desire to learn. You must be able to meet the physical requirements that go with working on the production floor, including standing for 2 hours or more, sitting, phone & computer use, extended reach, lifting up to 50lb, occasionally climbing, kneeling, or bending, and specific vision abilities, such as close, color, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. | |
