Responsibilities include completing Worker Comp forms, Project Planning, and conducting New hire orientations. Proficiency in Work Day application, ADP/Etime, and MS Office is desired. The role involves managing or performing tasks across multiple HR sub-families, such as program development, compliance, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Additionally, the position supports HR initiatives, aids in recruitment, and administers employee engagement programs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 2-5 years of HR management experience, and familiarity with Workday. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Physical demands include computer operation and occasional lifting. Flexible and collaborative mindset required. | |
