Pay Rate - $60-70/hr 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, flexible shift - must be online during core hours of 10am-2pm PST Job Description This position is for a People Technology analyst who will help build and maintain our HR technology solutions using Workday and other supporting tech stack. As a Workday Systems Analyst, you will: ? Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations. ? Build and maintain solutions using HRIS applications such as Workday HR ? Analyze requirements, design, configure, test and deploy solutions using Workday configurations and other applications supported by the team. ? Partner with People Technology's developers, engineers and other corporate IT teams to build and test end to end solutions Who You Are (Additional Job Description) ? 5+ years experience supporting HR business functions ? 2+ years of experience designing and supporting Workday HCM and integrations for a Workday implementation partner or in a corporate HRIS/IT role. ? Functional knowledge of two or more Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Performance management, Time Tracking and Absence ? Strong collaboration skills to build good working relationships with partners ? Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience ? Workday certification is preferred (Workday Pro or with an implementation partner) ? Experience working in Agile/ Scrum framework and JIRA is preferred Must Have: ? 3+ years Workday HCM experience + Benefits and Time off & Absence configuration experience ? 5-7 years of experience with Workday (Admin access). ? Must have hands-on experience with HCM configuration. ? Bachelor's degree (either tech or Business) Additional pluses but not required: Other modules other than HCM a plus (benefits, payroll, compensation, time and absence) Any type of Workday certification (strongly preferred) Agile framework exp pref. (especially Jira) Soft skills: Team player Strong collaboration skills Attention to details |
