Jobsrus.com is looking for assemblers in the Northwest area of El Paso, TX at a medical manufacturing facility. Apply today to schedule an interview. We have the following shifts available: 1st shift: 6am-2pm $12/hour 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm $12.50/hour 3rd shift: 10pm-6am $13/hour Benefits: 401K Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Weekly pay on Fridays Responsibilities: Have a basic understanding of the production processes within your assigned area and knowledge of the manufacturing equipment involved. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures, and regulations set forth by quality, environmental, and safety agencies such as the FDA and OSHA. Transport materials safely according to established guidelines, using material handling equipment and assistance when necessary. Adhere to safety procedures, including monitoring personal and peer behaviors, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to housekeeping standards. Be available for overtime as needed. Quality, Safety, and Environmental Awareness: Perform all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental concerns, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, identifying hazards, maintaining proper housekeeping, and properly handling chemicals. Assume responsibility for the environmental effects of work performed, identify and report environmental problems, and complete regulatory training as assigned. Complete the Operator Training Program according to established guidelines. Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management. Look for ways to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes. Qualifications: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and understand basic English is preferred. Operating skills with manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack are preferred.
