JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Capital Delivery Project Manager for our client in St. Joseph, MO!

Pay rate: 60.00

Duties:

Location: St. Joseph MO (Onsite Required)

To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or workflows with moderate and complexity. Key duties/responsibilities of Project/Construction Manager: Maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project. Participation in project execution including building construction, process improvements and overall changes to the site?s infrastructure. Participation in Team or onsite Meetings. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site-based schedule as agreed with project management. Compile summary documents, e.g. Product Development Plan, management Summary and Target Product Profile. Perform construction management responsibilities on multiple projects as assigned by the Director of Engineering for the site. Provide weekly status reports for each assigned project.

Skills:
Background in managing facilities construction projects and teams as well as background in engineering.
Experience with cGMP compliance or related quality systems.
Working knowledge of the current editions of industry specific regulations
Ability to multi-task with several ongoing project is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to read and comprehend electrical, structural, and HVAC drawings
Ability to use AutoCAD
Ability to use Microsoft Suite products
Ability to design slide presentations and present information to the site?s leadership team
Basic understanding of traditional building codes

Education - Experience
Construction, project management or engineering degree preferred
5+ years of relevant engineering, project management, construction management experience preferred
Experience in food, pharmaceutical or chemical processing industries preferred
